Since the 1960s, we've proudly served the Hastings-Sunrise community, with our volunteers truly being the heartbeat of our mission.
With over 220 dedicated individuals speaking 19 different languages and contributing a total of 4,762 hours annually, their time and talents allow our programs to thrive. We are deeply grateful for their commitment and passion.

At Frog Hollow, we offer a wide range of volunteer opportunities that allow you to make a meaningful impact in your community. Whether you're interested in working with children, delivering fresh produce to seniors, packing holiday hampers, advocating for traffic safety for older adults, contributing to conversations on community equity, mentoring youth, helping in the kitchen, doing community outreach, assisting at events, or supporting newcomers with English skills and other needs, we have something for everyone.

Be a part of something bigger. Frog Hollow offers fulfilling opportunities that contribute to the well-being and growth of the East Vancouver community.
Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House is a community service organization serving the Hastings-Sunrise community. We are looking for individuals who are willing to deliver care packages to seniors in our neighbourhood. Volunteers will be comfortable with using their own car to deliver items such as groceries, hot meals, heavy household items and/or craft supplies to seniors. They will be able to work independently as well as with a culturally diverse team to support community programs. Working under the general direction of the Intergenerational Coordinator, the volunteer delivery drivers will be contributing to a vibrant community that cares for and empowers seniors to live well.
Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House is a community service organization serving the Hastings-Sunrise community. We are looking for high-energy, creative, collaborative volunteer that provides outreach and promotions for newcomer services. The primary responsibility is to support our new service location: Sunrise Welcome Place – Settlement and Integration Centre, including supporting our programs, clients, and staff.
