ANHBC is currently seeking an experienced School Age Care Team Lead who shares ANHBC’s values to join our Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House team. Neighbourhood houses are highly collaborative with a strong team framework. The right person for this position is passionate about community development, social justice and is values-aligned with our organization. Join our dynamic child care team as a School Age Care Team Lead at our Kids World School Age Care program for children ages 5–12, located at 2131 Renfrew Street, Vancouver. This regular full-time role (35 hrs/week) provides leadership, supervision, and administration of a licensed program for 76 spaces, including school drop-off and pick-up from three neighbourhood schools (walking and/or driving if possible; Class 4 Driver’s license or ability to obtain is an asset). The program fosters a positive, emergent learning environment with a focus on children’s social and emotional well being, inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach and BC Early Learning Framework, in concert with the values of FHNH. Competitive benefits include group medical and Municipal Pension Plan, 3 weeks’ vacation, sick time, and exceptional professional development opportunities. Hourly wage: $26.19–$28.05 depending on experience (plus additional $6.00 WE for any candidate with ECE). Start Date: March 1, 2026. Apply by Monday, February 2, 2026.
