Many of us don't want to stop coming to the class because of the following reasons : Positive and healthy lifetime impact on my life , we learn team spirit, cooperation, respect, enhance healthy food choices for ourselves, families and the whole community. It has ripple effects and it will stick to us for the rest of our lives, we do hope we will have another chance to learn and practise more in the future.
