With over 220 dedicated individuals speaking 19 different languages and contributing a total of 4,762 hours annually, their time and talents allow our programs to thrive. We are deeply grateful for their commitment and passion.

At Frog Hollow, we offer a wide range of volunteer opportunities that allow you to make a meaningful impact in your community. Whether you're interested in working with children, delivering fresh produce to seniors, packing holiday hampers, advocating for traffic safety for older adults, contributing to conversations on community equity, mentoring youth, helping in the kitchen, doing community outreach, assisting at events, or supporting newcomers with English skills and other needs, we have something for everyone.

Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House is a community service organization serving the Hastings-Sunrise community. We are looking for high-energy, creative, collaborative and friendly volunteers to provide support to Front Desk Services. The primary responsibility is to support walk ins and new participants with introduction to our programs, direct calls and visits to staff. This role will be working collaboratively and under the general supervision of the administrative team at Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House 2131 Renfrew location.
Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House (FHNH) is a community service, non-profit organization serving the Hastings-Sunrise and Renfrew-Collingwood areas. Our mission is to empower local residents to improve our community together by connecting the community and strengthening their capacity to create change. We offer activities and services for seniors, adults, families, youth, and children, which are determined by the needs and interests of the people living in our community.
Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House is a community service organization serving the Hastings-Sunrise community. We are looking for individuals who are willing to deliver care packages to seniors in our neighbourhood. Volunteers will be comfortable with using their own car to pick up and deliver items to Frog Hollow NH from locations such as food bank, Ethical Bean, among other places providing donations. They will be able to work independently as well as with a culturally diverse team to support community programs. Working under the general direction of the Food Security Coordinator, the volunteer drivers will be contributing to a vibrant community that cares for their neighbours.
Frames changed me to be more sociable and trust people. I had a lot of anxiety before, and now I feel way less anxious.
