Join us for Nourish & Thrive 2026, Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House’s annual fundraiser and an afternoon dedicated to community, connection and giving back.
Rather than a traditional gala, Nourish & Thrive is designed to feel warm, welcoming and rooted in relationship. Guests will be invited to slow down, connect with one another, enjoy meaningful activities and experiences, and learn more about the people and programs that make Frog Hollow a place of belonging for so many in our community.
Throughout the afternoon, guests can look forward to:
- Interactive experiences and activities led by special guest facilitators

- Refreshments and opportunities to gather and connect
- Stories from the Frog Hollow community
- Special guests, community partners and supporters
- Opportunities to learn more about Frog Hollow’s work and the impact of your support

Early Bird SOLD OUT!
Register early and enjoy a reduced ticket price. Early bird tickets are available in limited quantities.
General Admission — $55
Our regular event ticket.
Community Supporter — $85
For guests who are able to contribute a little more and help direct more of the event’s proceeds toward Frog Hollow’s programs and services.

FAQs
Discover why our event is a favorite among locals
Children are welcome to attend with a parent or caregiver. While Nourish & Thrive is primarily designed for adults and does not include dedicated childcare or children’s programming, we don’t want lack of childcare to be a barrier to joining us.
Children under 10 can attend at no cost; guests ages 10 and older will require a regular ticket. Please let us know if you’re bringing a child under 10 so we can include them in our attendance numbers.
