Join us for Nourish & Thrive 2026, Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House’s annual fundraiser and an afternoon dedicated to community, connection and giving back.

Rather than a traditional gala, Nourish & Thrive is designed to feel warm, welcoming and rooted in relationship. Guests will be invited to slow down, connect with one another, enjoy meaningful activities and experiences, and learn more about the people and programs that make Frog Hollow a place of belonging for so many in our community.

Throughout the afternoon, guests can look forward to:

• Interactive experiences and activities led by special guest facilitators
• A silent auction featuring items and experiences generously donated by local businesses and community partners
• Refreshments and opportunities to gather and connect
• Stories from the Frog Hollow community
• Special guests, community partners and supporters
• Opportunities to learn more about Frog Hollow’s work and the impact of your support

Tickets

All ticket holders are invited to enjoy the same full Nourish & Thrive event experience. We offer several ticket levels so guests can choose the option that feels right for them.

Early Bird — $35 - starting Sept 8, 2026
Register early and enjoy a reduced ticket price. Early bird tickets are available in limited quantities.

General Admission — $55
Our regular event ticket.

Community Supporter — $85
For guests who are able to contribute a little more and help direct more of the event’s proceeds toward Frog Hollow’s programs and services.

If you are able to choose a General Admission or Community Supporter ticket, your additional contribution helps us keep lower-cost options available to others while directing more of the event’s proceeds toward community programs and services.
