The Infant Toddler/Early Childhood Educator Floater position is responsible for the provision of early learningand school age programs that foster a positive, and emergent learning environment with a focus on the socialand emotional well being of all children. We are an inclusive, multicultural, dynamic and collaborative child caresetting which includes working with other educators to plan and implement a progressive and innovativeprogram inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, BC Early Learning Framework in concert with the values ofFHNH. Other responsibilities include developing strong and collaborative relationships and communication withchildren, families, and colleagues. This position will work in all our children’s centres programs including Infant,Toddler, 3-5 and School Age Programs and at our various locations.We are a Learning Centre (www.reggiolearning.ca) with amazing opportunities for professional development andfor collaborative efforts with other educators and with the community.
