The Early Childhood Educator is responsible for the provision of an early learning and care program that fosters a positive, and emergent learning environment with a focus on the social and emotional well being of all children. We are an inclusive, multicultural, dynamic and collaborative child care setting which includes working with other educators to plan and implement a progressive and innovative program inspired by the ReggioEmilia approach, BC Early Learning Framework in concert with the values of FHNH. Other responsibilities include developing strong and collaborative relationships and communication with children, families, andcolleagues.We are a Learning Centre (www.reggiolearning.ca) with amazing opportunities for professional development and for collaborative efforts with other educators and with the community.
