Sometimes we need to disconnect from the worries of day‑to‑day life so we can reconnect—with ourselves, our bodies, and our joy.

Shimmer and Shake is a welcoming dance and movement class designed to help you gently shake off stress, move freely, and enjoy being in community. Through movement, music, and play, we create space to reconnect, have fun, and simply be.
