Make It!
Make It’s Therapeutic Art Workshop takes place most Monday afternoons and select Wednesday evenings, led by our skilled Art Therapist. This program offers youth a creative and supportive space to explore their identity, express themselves, and build connections within their community. Participants can engage in community art projects and exhibitions, receive one-on-one support from a Counselling Art Therapist, and work toward personal goals related to mental wellness—all while meeting new artistic peers and having fun through art.
Youth (ages 15-30) who want to get involved can fill out the application form, or contact Robin at Robin@froghollow.bc.ca

MAKE IT SHOP IS NOW OPEN!
We are happy to announce that Make It now has an online shop! Frog Hollow’s ‘Make It’ program is an art therapy inspired program that focuses on improving the wellbeing of the youth in our community by providing support for unemployment, mental health, and/or unstable housing.
ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS!
- UMBRELLAS: Our youth designed hexagons for our Drive Hive project, and those designs were used to create the umbrellas now in our shop! Umbrellas can be picked up from Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House and Drive Youth Employment Services Office.
- STICKERS: Our stickers were designed by youth in our program as part of an ongoing Pride Sticker Project! Check out the stickers on the online shop to see artist statements from the youth who created the designs.
