To be added to our waitlist please fill out all fields of the form below and press send. You will be sent an email confirming you have been added to our waitlist. If you have more than one child please fill out a separate waitlist form for each child. Children must be 3 years of age by December and fully toilet trained.

Please note the following:

First priority on our waitlist will always be given to children already enrolled at Frog Hollow Preschool or another licensed childcare program at Frog Hollow.

Second priority on our waitlist will be given to Alumni families-children who have previously attended Frog Hollow Preschool.

Third priority on our waitlist is given to families on our waitlist.
