YouthYouth Employment
Youth Spot Employment Centre is an offsite program of Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House and are funded in whole or part through the Canada-British Columbia Labour Market Development Agreement. We are designed to help youth between the ages of 15-30 to overcome barriers and obtain sustainable employment. We offer 1-1 employment assistance and case management, including information about pre-employment training, job search support and help with resumes, cover letters and interview skills. In addition, youth have access to our drop-in resource room where they are able to use computers, fax machine, telephone and job postings. Youth at Work is a Skills Link Program of Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House, funded by Service Canada. We are an off-site program located at 2081 Dundas Street, Vancouver. Youth At Work is a program designed to offer youth a combination of employability and life skills and hands-on work experience. Youth At Work assists youth who have a keen interest in the hospitality industry gain entry into the workforce and pursue personal goals and objectives.
