Mission Statement 

We are a volunteer-driven, community-service agency. Our mission is to make our neighbourhood a better place to live. Our goal is to enable people to enhance their lives and strengthen their community. Our challenge is to work with our community to develop innovative programs and services that meet the changing needs of a diverse population.

Frog Hollow is committed to supporting our local community first. Frog Hollow is an organization built on principles of respect, trust, quality and fairness. We strive to create a warm, inviting atmosphere at all of our sites, where people can come together in a safe, comfortable place. We believe the best way to contribute to the well-being of our community is to support its capacity to address its own needs. Volunteerism

• At Frog Hollow volunteers are offered the opportunity to build skills, learn, contribute, participate and enrich themselves and their community

• While FH relies on professional paid staff to fulfill its mandate, volunteers with their contributions  enhance the sense of belonging, and foster ownership, citizenship and participation in the community

• We celebrate honour and acknowledge the volunteer’s potential and their contribution to the community.
