Art Show: Homelessness Action Week
Youth Spot, Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House received a Homelessness Action Week Grant funded by the City of Vancouver. With this grant Youth Spot will engage youth between 15-30 years to create art that encapsulate one or more of the following themes:
a) Create innovative solutions to local homelessness and support new approaches and opportunities that prevent or eliminate homelessness.
b) Build the capacity of neighbourhoods to raise awareness and respond to issues of homelessness.
c) Build healthy, safe and inclusive communities in neighbourhoods across the city.
d) Support existing and create new partnerships and leverage opportunities to address homelessness and affordable housing needs.
