Generating Citizenship Project
The Generating Citizenship Project is an exciting new project at Frog Hollow that will help build connections between seniors and youth. In this project, youth and seniors can work together to make positive community changes.
The Generating Citizenship Project will train seniors and youth as Citizenship Mentors, who learn about community development and citizenship. Working with friends and neighbours, Citizenship Mentors will carry out projects which make a real difference to our neighbourhood.
How Can You Participate?
If you are a senior or youth interested in building connections in our community, you can participate in a number of ways:
+ OUT-TRIPS Join one of our seniors and youth out-trips and participate in fun and interesting cultural activities.
+ WORKSHOPS Participate in an upcoming workshop to learn more about our multicultural community.
+ CITIZENSHIP MENTORS Become a Citizenship Mentor and learn more about community development.
