At Frog Hollow Satellite Daycare, we aim to provide an educational and nurturing environment. Children are given the opportunity to connect with the world around them and make their own symbolic meaning as they explore their curiosity and dream the never ending possibilities in heightening their hunger to learn. Our 3-5 program is play focused and responsive in meeting children’s physical, intellectual, social, emotional and creative needs. Displays of children’s artistry, projects, stories and ventures are visible and documented in showing the journey they take at Satellite Daycare. We strive to create a warmth and inviting place for all of our families and their children’s where you can call it “A Home Away From Home”.
Schedule & Price
Hours of operation: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
We open year round excluding statutory holidays, including Easter Monday and Boxing Day and we are close earlier on Christmas Eve and New Year Eve. Our centre also closes five days per year to accommodate staff development and programming.
Full Time – Monday to Friday
- Hours per day: 8h
- Monthly fee: $710.00
Additional hours of care are available for an extra fee. It works out to be $20 for every 15minutes of care per month
Part Time: 3 days per week (limited space available)

- Monthly fee: $508.00
Part Time: 2 days per week (limited space available)
- Hours per day: 8h
- Monthly fee: $328.00

We give priority to child/children who are attending one of the child care programs at Frog Hollow Neighbourhoods and the employees. Second priority is for employeed of the Liquor Distribution Branch. Third priority is given to families who are government workers that offer free services to children from birth to 18 years.
